Service Description
Our Bikini Line Wax tidies up the edges of the bikini area, removing hair from the sides and along the top to create a clean, natural look—perfect for swimwear or everyday confidence. We use non-strip hot wax for a gentler, more comfortable experience, especially in delicate areas. Ideal for first-timers or those who prefer minimal hair removal with a smooth, well-groomed finish. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin infections, open wounds, or recent sunburn. • Avoid if using retinoids, acne treatments, or undergoing laser/peel treatments in the area. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for effective removal. • Exfoliate gently 24 hours before your treatment and avoid heat (hot showers, steam, sun) for 24–48 hours after. • A soothing gel is applied after waxing to calm and comfort the skin. • We can perform waxing during menstruation—just wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup. Cancellations or rescheduling due to menstruation are subject to our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
