Service Description
Our Chest Wax gently removes hair from the upper chest area using non-strip hot wax, making it ideal for sensitive skin. This method ensures a more comfortable experience, especially in delicate zones, while delivering a clean, long-lasting finish. Whether for personal comfort or special occasions, this treatment leaves the skin soft, smooth, and beautifully refined. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin sensitivities, recent sunburn, open wounds, or active irritation in the chest area. • Avoid if using retinoids, acne treatments, or undergoing laser/chemical peel treatments on the area. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for effective removal. • Avoid heat, tight clothing, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours before and after treatment. • A soothing post-wax lotion is applied to calm and protect the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
