Service Description
Our Chin Wax removes unwanted hair from the chin area using non-strip hot wax, which is ideal for delicate facial skin. This precise method offers longer-lasting results and a smoother finish compared to shaving, helping to define the jawline and leave your skin feeling soft and refreshed. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin sensitivities, active breakouts, open wounds, or recent chemical peels in the area. • Avoid if using retinoids or certain acne treatments on or near the chin. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for effective removal. • Avoid exfoliating products, heat, and sun exposure 24–48 hours before and after waxing. • A calming balm is applied post-treatment to reduce redness and soothe the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
