Using firm pressure and slow, concentrated strokes, this treatment targets deeper layers of muscle to release knots and restore flexibility. Whether you’re recovering from a workout or carrying daily stress, this massage provides fast and effective relief. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions (please consult with our team). • May cause temporary soreness due to the intensity of the massage. 🔹Good to Know: • Hydrate well before and after your session to aid muscle recovery. • Pressure can be adjusted to suit your comfort level—just let your therapist know.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
