Whether you prefer a subtle clean-up or a more sculpted look, we offer two tailored options to suit your style: Service Options: ✔ Tidy – A quick clean-up to remove stray hairs and maintain a natural, well-groomed look. ✔ Shape – A more defined approach to subtly enhance your brow line while keeping a masculine finish. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin sensitivities, active irritation, or recent chemical peels in the brow area. • Please inform us of any use of retinoids or topical acne treatments. 🔹Good to Know: • Avoid exfoliating products, sunbeds, and heat for 24–48 hours before and after treatment. • A soothing balm is applied post-wax to calm the skin and reduce redness. • Results typically last 2–4 weeks depending on hair growth.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
