Service Description
Achieve silky-soft skin from head to toe with our Full Body Wax, a comprehensive treatment that combines non-strip hot wax and strip wax for the most effective and comfortable results across different areas of the body. This all-in-one session includes the legs, arms, underarms, bikini area (your choice of Bikini Line, Extended Bikini, Brazilian, or Hollywood), abdomen, back, bum cheeks, and optional face waxing. Choose the Full Body Wax with Face option to include eyebrows, upper lip, chin, sides, and neck for a completely smooth, radiant finish. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with widespread skin sensitivities, open wounds, recent sunburn, or those using retinoids or undergoing chemical/laser treatments. • Facial waxing not included unless selected as part of the Full Body with Face option. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for effective removal. • We recommend exfoliating 24 hours before and avoiding heat, friction, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours after treatment. • Soothing post-wax products are applied throughout to reduce redness and calm the skin. • This treatment includes a 20% discount already reflected in the price.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
