Our Half Leg (Lower) Wax focuses on removing hair from the knees down to the ankles, leaving your lower legs feeling silky-smooth and beautifully groomed. We use professional-grade strip wax to ensure effective hair removal with long-lasting results. Ideal for those wanting a quick, polished look without committing to a full leg wax. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin infections, varicose veins, open wounds, or recent sunburn. • Avoid if using retinoids, certain acne treatments, or undergoing laser/peel treatments on the legs. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for best results. • Gently exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs. • Avoid hot showers, sun exposure, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours post-treatment. • A soothing lotion is applied afterwards to calm and protect the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
