Service Description
Our Hollywood Wax offers complete hair removal from the entire bikini area, front and back, leaving the skin completely bare. For enhanced comfort and minimal irritation, we use premium non-strip hot wax, specially formulated for sensitive areas. This method grips hair, not skin, ensuring a smoother experience and long-lasting, ultra-smooth results. Ideal for those who prefer a sleek, hair-free finish with less discomfort. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin infections, open wounds, or recent sunburn. • Avoid if using retinoids, acne treatments, or undergoing laser/peel treatments in the area. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for effective removal. • We recommend exfoliating 24 hours prior and avoiding heat (hot showers, steam, sun) for 24–48 hours post-treatment. • A soothing gel is applied after waxing to calm the skin and reduce redness. • We can perform waxing during menstruation—just wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup. • Cancellations or rescheduling due to menstruation are subject to our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
