Service Description
Our Neck Wax removes unwanted hair from the front or back of the neck using non-strip hot wax, offering gentle yet effective results on this often-overlooked area. Whether you're targeting fine hair around the nape or the front of the neck, this treatment provides a clean, polished finish that lasts longer than shaving—ideal for updos, high collars, or just everyday confidence. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin sensitivities, open wounds, recent sunburn, or active breakouts in the area. • Avoid if using retinoids or undergoing chemical peels on or near the neck. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for effective waxing. • Avoid exfoliating, heat, tight clothing, or sun exposure 24–48 hours before and after treatment. • A calming lotion is applied post-wax to reduce redness and soothe the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
