Service Description
Our Sides of Face Wax gently removes fine hair from the cheeks and jawline using non-strip hot wax, specially formulated for sensitive facial areas. This treatment enhances skin smoothness and helps create a clean, radiant base—perfect for makeup application or a naturally polished look. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin sensitivities, active breakouts, open wounds, or recent chemical peels. • Avoid if using retinoids or strong acne treatments in the area. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for optimal results. • Avoid heat, exfoliating products, and direct sun exposure 24–48 hours before and after waxing. • A soothing balm is applied post-treatment to calm and protect the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
