Service Description
Our Underarm Wax gently removes unwanted hair from the underarm area using non-strip hot wax, specially designed for sensitive skin. This method grips hair—not skin—making it more comfortable and effective, even on shorter or coarser hair. The result? Silky-smooth underarms with longer-lasting freshness and minimal irritation. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin infections, open wounds, or recent sunburn in the underarm area. • Avoid if using retinoids, certain acne treatments, or undergoing laser/peel treatments. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for best results. • Avoid deodorants, hot showers, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours post-treatment. • A calming lotion is applied afterwards to soothe and protect the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
